Liu Zunyi, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zunyi City, Guizhou Province. He was born in 1944, graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor in Economics and a Bachelor in Physics in 1964, from University of California at Berkley with a Doctorate Degree in Economics in 1969. From 2004 to 2010, he was President of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Since October 2010, he is Vice-Chairman of 11th CPPCC Population, Resources and Environment Committee.
